The VS&R Accounting Department automatically provides the documentation, in duplicate, the travelers need to substantiate expense reports. An additional copy of these individual transactions accompanies monthly statements and sales reports, and thereby establishes an audit trail for every purchase and refund.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION REPORTS

VS&R produces an extensive variety of management information reports to help you track and control expenses. A brief summary of the most frequently requested reports includes:

Dollar Savings Report - compares fare paid with lowest fare offered at the time of booking. Additional reports indicate where savings were not possible and why.

Credit Card Reconciliation Report - automatically reconciles statements of airline tickets charged and centrally billed to four major credit cards, saves time for company personnel and is a valuable tool for effective cash management of major travel expenses.
